Authors Instructions
Submitted papers must present original, unpublished research or experiences. Work-in-progress reports from ongoing research are also encouraged. Submissions should be original and limited to 5 double-column pages (Maximum of 2 additional pages allowed - 7 pages in total - with over-length page fee). Papers should follow the IEEE double-column conference paper template and should be submitted in PDF format via EDAS. Accepted papers will be published in IEEE Xplore.
Important Dates
- Paper submission – July 19, 2015 (firm)
- Acceptance notification – August 18, 2015
- Camera ready papers – August 31, 2015

Conference authors must register by September 2, 2015
Main Conference Authors
To be published in the NoF’2015 Conference Proceedings and to be eligible for publication in IEEE Xplore®, an author of an accepted paper is required to register for the conference at the full rate and the paper must be presented by an author of that paper at the conference unless the TPC Chair grants permission for a substitute presenter arranged in advance of the event who is qualified both to present and answer questions. Non-refundable registration fees must be paid prior to uploading the final IEEE formatted, publication-ready version of the paper. For authors with multiple accepted papers, one full registration is valid for up to 2 papers. Accepted and presented papers will be submitted to IEEE Xplore®.
CancellationPolicy
All refund/cancellation requests must be submitted by 22 September 2015. Cancellations will incur a 100€ administrative fee. No refunds can be provided after this date. Please submit cancellation requests via email to information@dnac.org
